She secured a loan for me for an investment property when I wouldn't have known where to start or how to get a good rate.

I barely knew the basics at the time and she went out of her way to take the time to explain offset accounts and a bunch of things on property investment in general.

Recently she went through the process of refinancing the loan with another bank in order to get me a better rate.

We were wondering whether the 5 stars were too good to be true but after our first chat with Liz, I could understand why she has that rating.
Liz is extremely competent, focused and committed to help you choose the best deal. She's efficient while also friendly. If i had any question, I'd pick the phone and get an answer right away. Whether those were questions directly related to the loan or even unrelated (e.g. negotiation tips, strata report, concerns about the location). Liz has wide experience in the property market, so she knew to advise us about one of the areas locations we were looking into, saying to pay attention to airplane noise levels there. That was really helpful. At our first meeting she also prepared a full manual for us which clearly explains how the process works, what different types of loans exist, etc. Throughout this process, I could be 100% confident that Liz is on top of things and her can do, positive attitude was so uplifting for us - anxious first home buyers.
