Join us for OneSite Finance's Tax & Investment Workshop on Thursday, 6 June 2019
This is an educational workshop with industry experts to help you understand how the tax & housing policies announced by the Liberal government in the lead up to May's election will impact your tax and investment decisions going forward.
The workshop will be held in a friendly, no obligation environment where you can ask as many questions as you want and get all the advice you need from our resident experts.
Whether you are a first home buyer or a seasoned investor, there will be plenty of insights to gain.
This event will be hosted in conjunction with Harry Edwards, the Managing Director at Bell Partners Norwest and Ben Weeding, the Head Strategist at LGen Property Strategy. The workshop will cover the following topics:

Investment Property Strategist
Ben is a former Institutional Equities Trader at JPMorgan. Despite his high-level exposure to the equity markets in Asia and around the world, Ben developed a keen interest in the Australian property market. Utilising his analytical skills, he went on to develop a substantial portfolio through his own renovations and developments.
It was this success in the Australian property market that eventually led him away from his role as an equities trader to focus solely on developing passion for investment & property strategy
Harry is the Managing Director of Bell Partners Norwest. Harry grew up with a fascination for business. His expertise lies in business advisory, business restructuring, accounting, tax advisory and establishing key performance indicators for maximising business management.
Harry works extensively with small to medium businesses on better structuring and managing their businesses to balance the growth and profit objectives of their owners.
Liz has 13 years experience in the Mortgage industry with deep expertise in residential property. She started OneSite Finance in 2005 to help Home Buyers and Investors to navigate the many options available when looking at property or business finance.
Over the years Liz has organised finance for First Home Buyers, Property Investors - both experienced and first timers, Business Owners, Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF) and more

The workshop will give you a number of important tips on how to manage your finances and how to navigate the new property and taxation environment going forward.
The workshop will also cover what you need to do to get your finances in order before applying for any loans. We will show you what Lenders are looking for in order to maximise the number of choices you have for finance once you find a property you want to purchase.
