[Postponed] Commercial Property Investment Workshop

Join us for the OneSite Finance Commercial Property Investment Workshop on Thursday, 9 April 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this event will be postponed

This is an educational workshop with industry experts aimed at guiding Investors through the process of making their first Commercial Property Investment.

The workshop will be held in a friendly, no obligation environment where you can ask as many questions as you want and get all the advice you need from our resident experts.

Whether you are new to property investment or are a serial investor in residential property, there will be plenty of insights to gain. From how to source and find a good deal to signing the contract and the property settlement process. Investing in Commercial Real Estate can be very rewarding, but it also comes with a number of caveats.

This event will be hosted in conjunction with Michael Salvartsis, the Managing Director of Real Property Buyers. The workshop will cover the following topics:

  • The pros and cons of investing in commercial property vs. residential property
  • How to assess the right commercial investment property - one that meets your investment and risk appetite
  • The role of your Commercial Property Buyers Agent and what a good Buyers Agent can do
  • Areas to consider investing in around Sydney with a special emphasis on "starter" properties - those in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range
  • What to avoid when assessing a suitable property
  • How to obtain finance for a commercial property, and how this differs from obtaining a residential home loan
  • How to use the equity in your existing property portfolio to purchase a commercial property
